Paris Hilton sentenced to 45 days in jail

Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in jail beginning on June 5.  Judge Michael Sauer indicated that she disobeyed the law by driving while her license was suspended.  Her attorneys will appeal the sentence.  Does she deserve jail time, or is she being targeted because of who she is, and her wild reputation.

    Poor Paris. Sob, Sob, Sob. I'm sure she will win her appeal and never spend a night in jail, but maybe this will be a wake-up call that she is not above the law. She has so many opportunities, and I hope she takes advantage and does something productive.
