Everythings a bargain! Everyone should be buying real estate right now! For the first time in three years, people will acutally negotiate their price. I have bought 3 properties in the last 4 months and I sold one of them for $10,000 more than I paid. I wasn't even trying to sell, someone pulled up while I was fixing up the property and made an offer. I have all of my properties leased, and I can't figure out why people don't just buy. Oh well, I guess they can keep renting from me and I'll let them keep paying off my houses for me. Thanks for the new blog site, I'll start telling people.

Everyone is talking about the deals in Northwest Arkansas. I here the conversations of people discussing how they heard about Sarah's sister's brother got a spectacular deal on a house. In reality I am not seeing these great deals. I have seen negotiation, I have seen prices drop slightly, but no great steals. The market seems to be steady, over built, but steady none-the-less.
